Owner of Metro Auto Detailing offers free car sanitizing for doctors, nurses, paramedics

A local auto detailer is using his expertise to help our COVID-19 heroes stay as germ-free as possible. Darryl Freeman owns Metro Auto Detailing on Beasley Road in Jackson. Freeman is offering vehicle heat sanitation for free to individuals like doctors, nurses, and paramedics. He uses a commercial steamer to get the cleaning job done.Freeman said the steam heat is about 180 degrees and safely kills germs and viruses. “I think it’s important I help the people risking their lives everyday, the nurses, first responders, doctors, ER people, everybody that has to be out for work,” Freeman said.Freeman recommends vehicle heat sanitation twice a month for medical professionals.
