Allegan County sheriff’s deputies say a man shot at a delivery vehicle.
Michael Christopher Lloyd, 48, was recently arraigned in Allegan County District Court on the four-year felony, court records showed.
The incident was reported at 4:18 p.m. Aug. 13. The package-delivery vehicle was on 44th Street near 118th Avenue in Valley Township when a passenger window was shot out. Two days later, police were contacted with information about a possible suspect.
Investigators believe the shooting was intentional because of “perceived speeding issues” of motorists in the area, sheriff’s Lt. Brett Ensfield said.
